(This one will have a 2 week delay before shipping, one of only 2 varieties not dormant yet in my greenhouse)

  • Anna Hardy Kiwi

    by

The main hardy kiwi variety that I have growing.  A few of my vines of this are 17 years old.  It produces excellent berries, and is easily cold hardy to my zone.  I have never protected it at all.  (It does need a pollinator, such as meader male)

A large fig from a collector on the “what the fig” facebook group.  It produces pretty large fruit, and appears to be a brown turkey type.

  • Black Algiers

A large and interesting looking fig.  I don’t have a lot of experience with it yet (just a few figs), as it was new to me this year.  Looking forward to seeing what it is like next year

  • Black Celeste

    Black Celeste

    by

A small celeste variety that is dark black with a hint of purple on the outside, and variations of deep purple inside.

  • Black Madeira KK

One of the best tasting figs out there.  Dark outside, deep red honey filled inside.  Only for growing in a pot in my area, because it can be relatively late.

  • Black Manzanita

An aggressive growing plant for me, with a large pretty black fig with a bit of a squat shape.

  • Black Prince Mulberry

    an interesting purple tinged mulberry

  • Black Zadar

    Black Zadar

One of the more interesting and odd looking figs I grow.  It definitely stands out with its odd squat, almost squished shape.  They seem to have a pretty long hang time so far for me.  The bark of the tree gets that knobby look that I really like.

  • Blava Campanera

An interesting one for me so far.  Hasn’t put out a ton of figs, but the ones it has put out are good.

  • Blue/Pink Big leaf Hydrangea

This hydrangea reproduces relatively easily from cutting

  • BNR (Bordisot Negra Rimada)

    BNR (Bordisot Negra Rimada)

Bordisot Negra Rimada is a variety with both striped wood and striped figs.  They are some of the prettiest figs out there.  They start out with lighter colored stripes, that darken as it ripens. The interior looks similar to black madiera, and also tastes great.

This is a branch of my BNR tree that reverted to be stripeless.  It still tastes the same though.

  • Borda Barraquer

    Borda Barraquer

    by

One of my favorite new varieties to me.  It consistently puts out beautiful figs with a deep pool of honey and a purple tint to the interior.  The plant grows very well for me also.

  • Bourjasotte Grise

A really good fig that produces both breba and main crop figs that are both very good.  The trunk of the tree has that great knobby look too.

Calderona keeps putting out excellent quality complex berry figs.  They are on the smaller side, but are always ones I look forward to.  They also handle the rain well, and hang on the tree for a while without spoiling.  The tree is a bit of a slow grower for me.

  • Campaniere

An excellent early fig.  To me this one has some characteristics of both honey and berry figs.  It is a red pulp, but lighter than those fully dark red interior figs.

One of my favorites this year.  I got a bunch of medium to large awesome figs dripping with honey.  Great flavor, consistency, and size. (reportedly a hivernenca type)
