Description
This is a fast growing female (fruit producing) hardy kiwi vine. It is very prolific, and can tolerate temperatures down to -30F. It grows very well in our area, and produces white flowers in early spring that, if polinated, will produce small kiwis with a soft skin that can be eaten whole. They have a taste like a combination of a grape and a kiwi, but are much easier to grow than grapes. This vine, like all hardy kiwi, can and should be pruned heavily (by 50-75%) at least 2 times a year, winter, and summer.
It likes to be watered well for the first year or so, then does well on its own after that
